Arrange the meeting with labour department time to time to ensure the implementation of ILO convention 87 & 98 and regularise the workers problem indicated by the affiliated unions.
Make it sure that affiliated unions organize the monthly meeting in their workplace factories to solve the workers problems (male & female).
Federation discuss Health & Safety situation with management in the presence of affiliated union after 6 month.
Conducting meetings and workshops for the workers to educate them in the labour laws, their rights and Importance of trade unions in workers rights movements and demands of the workers, present consultation to them. Basic concepts of human rights (women, workers, Children )
Issuing especial bulletins and brochures in the workers own language (National language Urdu).
